Julian Castro renews call for president's impeachment after ex-prosecutors claim Trump obstructed justice
Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro is once again urging the House of Representatives to move forward with impeachment proceedings against Republican President Donald Trump. The former San Antonio, Texas mayor who later served as Housing and Urban Development secretary in President Barack Obama’s administration made his case hours after the release a statement by hundreds of former federal prosecutors stating that special counsel Robert Mueller would have recommended indicting Trump for obstruction of justice if he weren’t president.
